Our relationship with food is intricately
woven into our identities and
how we FEEL in our bodies.
How we SEE ourselves is
also affected by the impact of diet culture,
trauma, thin-idealism, our own heritages and more.
LISTEN TO THE TRAILER!
This podcast will help listeners
embrace food and bodies in an honest,
compassionate and, hopefully, celebratory way.
We are committed to
“dishing” on weight stigma
and diet culture and want to share how
embracing our herstory can be a healing and
empowering experience.
